About Us
Colorado’s Leading Roofing Contractor
Advanced Roofing Technologies was founded in Fort Collins in 1993 and is a family-owned and operated roof construction company. Headquartered in Northern Colorado, Colorado, we are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service at a great value.
An example of that dedication is the fact that we have been an Accredited Member of the Better Business Bureau since our inception in 1993 and have their highest rating possible, an “A+.” In that time we have done roof construction, maintenance, and repair on thousands of roofs across Northern Colorado.
Our Vision
“We will build success by serving others”
FOUNDATION OF OUR SUCCESS
Service to others is the foundation of our success and the success of those we serve – guiding every decision, every relationship, and every project.
Our Values
Invest in People
Roofs don’t build themselves — people do, and we’d be lost without them. We invest in the people around us, because when they grow, everything we build gets stronger.
Act Like an Owner
If it affects the company, the Customer, or the crew, we treat it like it’s ours to protect. That means thinking ahead, stepping up, and fixing problems. Problems don’t scare us; ignoring them does. When something gets in the way, we roll up our sleeves, get creative, and figure out the fix.
Pursue Excellence
“Good enough” isn’t really our thing. We bring our knowledge and craftsmanship every day, aiming to leave things better than we found them.
Own Your Stuff
Mistakes happen — pretending they don’t is the real mistake. We call it out, own it fully, and fix it fast so the whole team can keep moving forward.
Our Why (Purpose)
We exist to:
- Grow our people into their full potential.
- Provide exceptional Customer experiences.
- Give back to our community.
Our Accreditations
